Is my business covered by the Fair Work Act?
As noted above, these sessions are for businesses covered by the Fair Work Act. This is 99% of businesses in Australia.
If your business operates as a Pty Ltd or Limited company anywhere in Australia, it is covered by the Fair Work Act. Certain Government departments are also covered.
In some states, State Government/Local Government departments are not covered.
