Prior to joining Hart & Co Lawyers in 2026, Veronica spent the last decade at national mid-tier law firms where she most recently worked as a Senior Associate representing and advising some of the largest private employers in Australia. She continues to expand her practice with a focus on delivering that same level of excellence.
Known for her meticulous approach to workplace investigations and the drafting of robust policy and contractual frameworks, Veronica rejects “cookie-cutter” solutions. Outside of her legal practice, Veronica is deeply committed to community service. She serves as the Secretary and Social Media Coordinator for the Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation (Northern Metro Branch). In this role, she supports fundraising initiatives for critical medical equipment for hospitals throughout Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
