You will be responsible for running matters and growing the team whilst working in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will also play an important role in developing further business opportunities with existing and new clients. It’s an exciting opportunity to continue to develop your experience and be a part of a high-performing team.

  • Experience as an Associate delivering advice on a range of employment law and industrial relations matters from a mid or top tier private practice, government, or in-house environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A desire to take an active role in the team’s strategic business development objectives.

  • Travel: Occasional travel for in-person meetings, presentations or hearings as required.
